Jerky saga continues. This batch is the pretty much the same marinade but much more crushed chile. The major difference is that this was done with already dehydrated mushrooms, so the marinade served to rehydrate them. Smaller batch, only two trays in the dehydrator... 160 for 6hrs from a cold start. Taste is much more concentrated so I'll need to back off on the salt. The texture was much much better.
